Process: The product is manufactured from polypropylene resin by spinning, stretching , crimping, relaxation thermal-setting, cutting and baling process.

 

Physical properties: The product has the properties of excellent moisture transmission and fast-drying feature, good carding, and fuzz-proof. It is suitable for the production of soft and tenacious fabrics, light in weight, warmth retention, silky handle and comfortable.

Remark:

  1. M1 is the central Value of crimps. It is selected within the scope of 12 - 15.
  2. M2 is the central value of percentage of crimps. It is selected within the scope of 11-14.
  3. M3 is the central value of oil content. It is determined by the manufacturer and should not be lower than 0.3%.
  4. K is the coefficient of specific resistant.

 

Major application:

It is used for the production of pure polypropylene fiber fabrics, knitted underclothes, sports wear, and also T-shirts, towels, stock, base cloth for flannelette, filter cloth and industrial textiles, and canvas work clothes by blend spinning with cotton and other fiber.

 

Packing:

205-235 kg net each in PP woven bag coated with plastic.

Dimension: 1150mm x 720mm x 880mm

 

Storage:

Stored in dry , cool, ventilated warehouse equipped with fire-fighting facilities and free from moisture and direct sunshine.

 

Safe Handling and Precautions:

  1. keep away from fire and heat source.
  2. Can not be transported or stored together with chemicals such as oil, acids and alkali etc.
  3. Handle gently to avoid damages to goods and people during loading and unloading. Prevent damages to baling strips during hoisting.
